ICBCB is the main annual research conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The ICBCB 2012 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the currently ICBCB 2013 will be held on 21 to 22 April 2013 in Beijing, China. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry.
ICBCB 2013 is sponsored by International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, and technical co-sponsored by many other universities and institutes.

All accepted papers for the ICBCB 2013 will be published in the Journal of Medical and Bioengineering (ISSN:2301-3796 www.jomb.org ), which will be included  in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, EBSCO, Crossref and Electronic Journals Digital Library.

Journal of Medical and Bioengineering (JOMB) is a peer reviewed journal in the field of Medical and Bioengineering. The journal is published quarterly by the ETPublishing. All papers will be blind reviewed. Accepted papers will be available on line (free access) and in printed version.
